Error: “We couldn’t verify your license. Please check that your license key is active for the current website”
This message appears when the plugin cannot validate your license with our remote server.
It may happen if your license is invalid, expired, or the current website is not listed among your activated sites in your SigmaPlugin account.
How to Fix
Check your license status
Go to Settings → License inside the plugin and make sure your license key shows as Active. Follow the instructions here if you don't know how to activate your license.
Verify activation for this website
Log in to your sigmaplugin account and confirm that your current website is listed under your activated sites, if not, add it to the list of active domains for your license.
Follow the instructions here if you don't know how to manage your licenses.
Retry the scan
Once your license is verified, return to the scan page and click Retry to resume.
