Manage my licenses

After purchasing Advanced Database Cleaner Premium, you can easily manage your license activations from your SigmaPlugin account.

Your account allows you to:

• View your license key
• Check your plan and expiration date
• See all sites where your license is active
• Deactivate old sites
• Add new site activations
• Monitor activation limits

Follow the steps below to manage your license.

1. Log in to your SigmaPlugin account

Visit sigmaplugin.com/login and sign in using the credentials sent to you by email when your account was created.

Follow the instructions here if you don't know how to get your credentials and access your account.

2. Open the "My Licenses" section

Once logged in, click My Licenses from the left-hand menu.

You will see a list of all your license keys.

3. View license details

On this page you can quickly see:

1. Product name
2. Your license key
3. License status
4. Number of activations used vs. your plan limit
5. License expiration date
6. A link to Manage Sites

To manage activations, click Manage Sites.

4. Manage the sites where your license is active

The Manage Sites page lists all domains currently using your license.

You will see:

• A list of active site URLs
• A Deactivate link next to each site
• A form to authorize new activations

5. Deactivate a site

If a site is no longer using the plugin, click Deactivate next to that domain.

This frees up one activation slot so you can activate the license on another site.

6. Add a new site activation

If your plan allows more activations, you can authorize a new site manually.

To add a site:

1. Scroll to the Add a site form (bottom of the page)
2. Enter the domain name (e.g., domain.com)
3. Click Add

Your new activation will appear instantly in the list.

7. Activation limits

Your activation limit depends on the plan you purchased:

• Starter: 1 site
• Standard: 5 sites
• Business: 20 sites
• Agency: unlimited sites

Each WordPress installation (single or multisite) counts as one activation.

8. What if I need more activations?

You can upgrade your plan at any time by paying only the difference in price.
