When you purchase Advanced Database Cleaner Premium, a customer account is automatically created for you on sigmaplugin.com. This account allows you to access your orders, license information, downloads, and activation details.

How You Receive Your Account Credentials

Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your login email address
  • Your automatically generated password
  • A direct link to sign in to your customer dashboard

To access your account, visit:

Enter the credentials you received in the account creation email.

Check Your Spam Folder

If you do not see the account credentials email in your inbox, it may have been placed in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please check these folders before requesting a password reset.
