Advanced Database Cleaner 4.0.0 represents a complete evolution of the plugin after more than ten years of continuous development. This major release is not just an update—it's an entirely new plugin, rebuilt from the ground up with modern WordPress standards, including a REST API-driven backend and a React-powered interface. The old codebase from 2016-2018 has been replaced with a modular, scalable architecture that ensures better performance, stability, and extensibility for the next decade. The interface has been completely redesigned to offer a smoother, more intuitive, and fully responsive experience that eliminates constant page reloads. This version introduces powerful new modules including dedicated Post Meta, User Meta, and Transients management, Database Analytics for tracking growth over time, cloud-powered Remote Scan for enhanced ownership detection, and Addons Activity tracking—all while expanding cleanup capabilities with numerous new item types and smarter automation features.
