Do we provide support via phone or chat?
Not at this time. We currently offer support exclusively via email.
Most customer issues require technical investigation, screenshots, logs, or configuration details - all of which cannot be handled effectively over the phone. Email allows both you and our team to share the necessary information and gives us the ability to research, test, and provide accurate, well-prepared solutions.
Live chat can be useful for quick questions, and we plan to introduce it in the future. However, we do not have plans to provide phone support.
