I have not received purchase email, what to do?

After purchasing one of our plugins, you should receive a purchase receipt containing information about your purchase as well as a download link to download the pro version. 

In some rare situations, errors may occur in our emailing system and consequently, you don't receive your purchase receipt in time. Rest assured, in most cases, the purchase receipt will be sent automatically after few minutes. However, if you still didn't receive it, just contact us and we will send it manually back to you.
