Cannot activate my license, what to do?

If you have tried to activate your license without success, you will most likely get one of the following errors:

Invalid license key: This means that the license key you have entered is not recognized on our server-side. It most likely a problem of typos. Make sure that your license is correct and try again.

Your license key has reached its activation limit: This means that you have reached the number of license activations allowed for your plan. To verify this, follow the instructions in this article to see where your license is active. You can then deactivate some sites so you can activate your license on a new site.

Your license key has been disabled: This means that your license has been disabled from our side. This happens most likely after a refund, the license is disabled and cannot be used anymore. If you think that there was an error and your license should not be disabled, please contact us and we will have a look at it.
